An award winning market leader based in Arlington are looking to recruit a highly professional candidate for their busy reception area. This is a varied role with a high element of administrative duties making the role highly enjoyable and busy.

You will be solely responsible for the front of house reception area and being the focal point of the employer for visitors and in-bound telephone callers.

Day to day duties will include dealing with all incoming calls, distributing and collecting/franking out going post, controlling and tracking stationary, meeting and greeting and providing admin support to the various departments. This fast paced environment makes this an exciting position for a candidate who can manage their own workload, has excellent communication skills and is a team player.

The ideal candidate will be:
Excellent telephone manner
Attention to details and accurate
Ability to work unsupervised
Computer literate, especially MS Word and Excel
Highly organised
Flexible working attitude to much-in as and when needed
